To grant prompt access to the relevant paperwork, we will unalterably require the following information from you: (1) your affiliate ID (2) your full name and email address (3) your business address and phone number (4) a secondary phone number, e.g. mobile or home phone number (5) a brief but precise description of the ongoing investigation, including fully qualified contact information of all investigators involved.

We hereby strictly advise and require all US affiliates and associates to be fully U.S.C. compliant, if promoting any of our sites or processing any of our sites’ content. We do not assume liability in case of potential investigations, prosecutions or convictions, resulting from breaching any U.S.C. regulations and laws in the context of promoting or broadcasting our sites or content.

Furthermore we require all affiliates to place a distinctive and highly visible *legal information link* at the bottom of all pages, which contain any content taken from our sites or affiliate program, including images, movies, banners, splash ads and other promotional content.
