Please take notice of the fact that reclaiming a valid charge after using our members services (entering our members area, viewing or downloading our members content, receiving physical goods) is fraudulent. If you deny, dispute or reclaim a valid charge, your address data, email address, IP address and credit card number will automatically be added to a negative database at our billing companies. You will no longer be able to purchase further goods or services through our billing companies or any affiliated billing processor.

Please also be informed that we take serious measures to detect and uncover creditcard fraud. We fully cooperate with the appropriate international authorities and collecting agencies to ensure successful prosecution of any fraudulent creditcard use. We are pushing all chargebacks to full investigation in the full extent of international law. All fraudulent orders are submitted to the appropriate authorities.

To avoid the measures above we encourage you to contact us first in case of any problems with your membership or account billing. We're available 24 hours a day to make sure that you're fully satisfied with your membership.

Refunds will only be honored in the unlikely case of a subscription or order not being processed in a timely manner or in the most unlikely case of an irresolvable technical problem at our end which prevents access to our members online services for more than 48 hours continously. To receive a refund customers must first obtain approval via email by describing the problem and attempting to resolve the problem with our tech support over a period of at least 3 business days.
