My Login does not work
 
A failed authorization most likely indicates that your membership has expired or you have entered a wrong login name or password.

Please consider that your payment period may have expired because you purchased a non-recurring membership, or you have cancelled your recurring membership from further rebillings, or an attempt to extend your recurring membership may have failed.

Trouble Shooting Step by Step

Step 1 - Please check your membership confirmation email, to ensure your membership is still active.

Step 2 - Please remember that our login box is case sensitive (MALIBU is different to MalibU).

Step 3 - Make sure that there are no blanks at the beginning or at the end of your username or password.

Step 4 -Please check your keyboard. Make sure that the CAPS LOCK is not switched on.

Please also consider that our system automatically disables accounts that were used by numerous persons concurrently. The concurrent use of your login data violates our terms and conditions for the use of this site. If you think your account has been blocked for this reason, please submit a support ticket.

Now if all above has been checked and your login is still being rejected and you're sure your membership should still be active, please submit a support ticket to our friendly support team.
