Slow downloads - slow server
 
First of all, please consider that this problem *might* occur from *your* end. We're running a high-end, load balanced server farm, which we're observing and optimising 24 hours a day. We've had *no* downtime or significant disturbances since years.

However, in rare cases it *may* happen that access to our servers *seems* to be slow at your end. Mostly your own internet line determines access speed of course. A broadband user will have much faster access than a dialup user. However, also the full route between your and our end is responsible for how fast you can access our sites. Any disturbance, disorder or interruption at any routing point between your and our end may cause an instable or even broken line. Please keep in mind that this kind of routing trouble is completely out of our control. In most cases those worst scenarios are temporary and are resolved very quickly. However, if you think there's a permanent routing problem between your and our end, please contact your internet provider.
