Please cancel my membership |

Shortly after making your online membership purchase you received a confirmation email from our billing company which beside your user name and your password also contains a membership cancellation link. Please check your mail archive for an email sent from @member-cash.de or @inet-cash.de.
If you cannot find your membership confirmation email, please submit a support ticket to our friendly support team, who will be happy to trace your membership details and cancel your membership on behalf of you. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.
Please remember that you don't need to cancel your membership, if you have chosen a non-recurring billing option. Non-recurring memberships will expire automatically at the end of your payment period. |
