Billing trouble - wrong charges
 
In the unlikely event of a wrong or unexpected charge on your credit card, please contact us immediately. Do not issue a charge back from your end but provide all information required for a full investigation in cooperation with our billing company.

Please submit a support ticket and describe as precisely as possible what has gone wrong with your membership billing. Please include your username, your password, if available, and the exact billing description appearing in your credit card statement. Your email will be directed to our billing company with highest priority for immediate investigation and clarification.

Do not issue a charge back, in the interest of all parties involved, including your billing account with us and your credit card company. Our friendly support team has the unrestricted motivation and capability to solve any billing dispute to your 100% satisfaction.
